Job Title :- Lead Internal Audit
Location :- Mumbai
Experience :- 8-12 years in internal audit, preferably within financial services or NBFCs.Experience in MSME/LAP/Wholesale lending will be added advantage.Qualification - CA Key Responsibilities :-

Design and manage a riskbased audit plan aligned with business goals
Lead audits across credit, operations, finance, compliance, IT, and HR
Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend remediation
Monitor implementation of audit findings
Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines and liaise with regulators & external auditors
Prepare impactful audit reports and communicate findings to senior management and the audit committee
