Job Title: Microsoft Azure & D365 F&O Technical Lead Location: Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad Experience Range: 7 to 9 yrs Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced LCS (Lifecycle Services) Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure to manage, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for LCS environment administration, monitoring, deployments, performance tuning, and Azure cloud management . Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Azure & LCS D365 F&O Technical Lead Manage and maintain Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 F&O environments. Handle LCS environment provisioning, sandbox refreshes, and production deployments . Manage code and package deployment through LCS. Troubleshoot LCS-related issues including performance, connectivity, and security concerns . Collaborate with Microsoft support (FastTrack, Premier Support) for issue resolution. Implement best practices for LCS environment management and governance . Azure Cloud Administration: Deploy and manage Azure resources required for D365 F&O ( VMs, SQL Managed Instances, Storage, Networking ). Monitor and optimize Azure-based D365 environments for performance and cost efficiency . Implement Azure security best practices (RBAC, NSGs, IAM, Key Vault). Configure and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for code deployments. Manage disaster recovery and backup strategies using Azure Backup & Site Recovery . Perform performance tuning, log analysis, and troubleshooting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights . Security & Compliance: Ensure LCS and Azure environments comply with organizational security policies . Implement data encryption, access controls, and auditing mechanisms . Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other industry standards . Collaboration & Support: Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and business teams to support D365 implementations . Provide technical guidance on environment setup and deployments . Train internal teams on LCS & Azure best practices . Must-Have Skills: 3+ years of experience in LCS administration and Azure cloud management . Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O deployment and management . Experience with Azure services ( Azure VMs, SQL MI, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Key Vault ). Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management . Understanding of PowerShell scripting, ARM templates, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) . Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft FastTrack and Premier Support . Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights . Exposure to Azure Backup & Site Recovery for disaster recovery planning. Understanding of GDPR, ISO, and other compliance frameworks . Prior experience in training or mentoring teams on LCS & Azure best practices.
