Role Description

Senior Performance Test Engineer – 8+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance and load tests.
Monitor performance using observability tools.
Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure performance standards across delivery pipelines.

Mandatory Skills

Gatling: Advanced proficiency in performance test scripting and execution (Mandatory)
Datadog: Experience in performance monitoring and observability
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure (Mandatory)
Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with GitLab or GitHub (Mandatory)
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams with tools like JIRA (Mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust)
Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized environments
Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation
Excellent communication and documentation skills
