Experience - 8-10years Location - Bangalore Mandatory Skills - React Js(Redux), HTML, CSS, Javascript Good to have skills - Node JS(Preferrable) Job Title: Senior React JS Developer / UI Developer Must-Have Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI engineering, developing web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At least 5+ years of recent experience working with ReactJS frameworks. Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and CSS. Extensive experience with commonly used front-end development tools and libraries. Strong understanding of modern web architectures and asynchronous service-to-service communication. Ability to work effectively with onshore counterparts, ensuring reasonable overlap time and participation in onshore calls. Capability to handle critical situations, such as tight deadlines and urgent production issues. Performance-driven, motivated to adopt new technologies, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, both verbal and written. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good-to-Have Qualifications: Experience working with highly scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems. Experience in designing, maintaining, and managing applications on AWS.
