7 - 9 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer Experience: 7-9 Years Location: Bangalore Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Java Developer with 7–15 years of hands-on experience to join our Legal Technology team. This role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment, delivering scalable solutions for our legal platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, responsive to change, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the firm’s Legal Technology platforms. Own and drive the product vision through technical contributions. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within Agile squads. Write clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines. Engage in technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions. Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional IT units. Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to the domain. Comply with internal Tech & Data policies, procedures, and SDLC guidelines. Represent and embody the firm’s core values and culture. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or related field. Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate. Frontend: Proficiency in Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. API Development: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful services. Database: Solid working knowledge of SQL (DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Testing: Experience with JUnit and writing unit tests that cover critical logic. Version Control: Git/GitHub. Scripting/OS: Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with global teams. Desired Skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Exposure to XML-based technologies. Scripting experience with Python or Perl.
