Job Description

Job Title: Senior Java Developer Experience Range: 6 to 12 years Hiring Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Noida Must-Have Skills: Core Java (1.8 or higher) Spring Framework, Spring Boot (Rest API/Microservices) Web Services (SOAP/REST), JMS CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, Gradle Docker Kubernetes AWS Cloud Services RDBMS (Oracle) API design using Open API specifications (Swagger) Microservices architecture Test-Driven Development (TDD) Good-to-Have Skills: Agile methodology experience Enterprise integration patterns (ESB, API Gateway) Monitoring tools (Kibana, Splunk, Grafana) Kafka Custom framework/library development Performance monitoring Payment industry experience Onshore/Offshore business model experience Key Responsibilities: Translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient designs. Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure alignment with business needs. Define and enforce best practices and development standards. Identify and implement reusable patterns and accelerators. Develop new frameworks, utilities, and libraries as needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development. Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Lead a team of developers in onshore/offshore environments. Perform additional responsibilities as required.
