Job Description

As a Lead I - Enterprise Solutions at UST, you will support one of the key clients with over 7 years of total IT experience and at least 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues in a production support environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing L3 support for Salesforce applications - Translating business requirements into scalable solutions - Participating in technical discussions - Executing testing - Collaborating with cross-functional teams **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in Salesforce Platform, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations like REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Bulk API - Familiarity with Agile methodology, DevOps/Deployment tools - Strong communication and coordination abilities - Certifications required: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) - Good-to-have certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), App Builder, Admin, and Architect It would be beneficial to have experience with DevOps Tools such as Copado, Flosum, Jenkins, ANT Migration Tool, and knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds or AppExchange products.
