Lead I - Software Testing

Lead Tester HealthProof is looking for a Senior Tester, who under the general supervision of the engineering and delivery lead, will work to deliver the implementation of a Health care ecosystem for our Health Plan clients. The Quality Analyst will work with the small to mid-size Health Plan Clients, third party vendors, and onshore and offshore Advalent associates to Plan, design, execute and report software tests and mentor a team of software testers. Candidate should have excellent functional, analytical and communication skills and ability to engage as part of a team working both physically together and virtually. You should be an excellent problem solver who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. As a QA, this is your opportunity to: - Create and execute detailed test plans from business requirements, functional specifications, agile stories andor product requirements. - Serves on project teams to coordinate and lead QA activities for programming and implementation projects - Build and enhance automation framework using selenium-Java - Review business software requirements and provide inputs. - Prepare review test plans. - Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data. - Execute tests (manual automated). - Report defects and assist in their understanding. - Analyze test results and track software testing metrics. - Prepare and present test reports. - Train, mentor and supervise junior software engineers. - Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution - Setting up QA processes and standards - Review product user interface for conformity - Provides guidance andor instruction to junior staff members. - Comply with the organizationCode of Conduct, all regulatory and contractual requirements, organizational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
