Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Java Developers with strong expertise in Java, Spring, Relational Databases, and API development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications, ensuring seamless integration through APIs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• API Development: Build and maintain RESTful and/or SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Database Management: Work with relational databases (Db2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) to design, query, and optimize performance.
• Workflow Orchestration: Utilize orchestration frameworks such as Camunda or Apache Airflow for workflow automation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
• Code Review: Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and technical issues promptly.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Must-Have Skills

• Experience: 5–7 years as a Java Developer.
• Core Technologies: Java, Spring Framework.
• API Development: Proven experience in RESTful and/or SOAP API creation and consumption.
• Database Skills: Strong proficiency with relational databases (Db2/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).
• Orchestration Tools: Familiarity with Camunda or Apache Airflow.
• Best Practices: Solid understanding of design patterns, clean coding principles, and software development best practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Version control (Git).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React).
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
