5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Kochi Role description Senior Front-End Engineer (Lead) Job Description: Skills & Responsibilities: Svelte Expertise: o Deep knowledge of Svelte, reactive patterns, component architecture. o Proven experience delivering complex Svelte-based front-end libraries or apps. Design System Experience: o Direct experience customizing, building, or maintaining design systems (preferably Carbon, Material, or similar). o Expertise in CSS architecture (tokens, theming, semantic colors). Testing and QA: o Automated unit testing (Vitest or Jest-like frameworks). o Visual regression testing (Playwright, Chromatic). o Accessibility testing (axe-core, WCAG AA compliance). Tooling & Infrastructure: o Experienced with modern bundlers (preferably Vite). o Strong ESLint and Prettier integration skills. o CI/CD pipeline configuration experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent). Collaboration & Communication: o Able to clearly communicate technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders. o Comfortable independently driving technical direction in collaboration with a Senior Product Design Manager. Experience Level: Minimum 5+ years front-end engineering experience. 1-2+ years experience specifically with Svelte or comparable reactive frameworks. Proven experience as technical lead or senior engineer responsible for system-level decisions.
