Job Description

Role Overview: As a Software Developer, your role involves interpreting application/feature/component design specifications and developing the same accordingly. You will be responsible for coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product/component/feature development stages. Your expertise will be crucial in selecting appropriate technical options for development and optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality. Additionally, you will influence and improve customer satisfaction by setting FAST goals for yourself and the team and providing feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component design specifications and develop accordingly - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives; integrate and commission the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction by setting FAST goals for self/team and providing feedback - Adhere to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Identify technical issues during project execution - Address defects in the code and post-delivery - Ensure on-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings Qualification Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in programming languages and DBMS - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods - Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments (IDE) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) - Understanding of software development life cycle and interface definition languages (IDL) - Ability to estimate time and effort required for developing/debugging features/components Additional Details: The company also has a job opening for a CMDB Data Analyst role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data in ServiceNow. This position involves maintaining and improving CMDB data quality, data analysis and reporting, ServiceNow CMDB operations support, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required technical skills include proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, data analysis, scripting, automation, and integration knowledge. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with familiarity with ITIL processes and principles. Mandatory certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), with preferred certifications in CMDB and Discovery. Preferred experience includes 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, along with a background in IT Service Management (ITSM).,
