Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer – Python/AI-ML
Hiring Location: Across UST Locations
Experience Range: 3–8 years

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML model development
• Expertise in Keras and Pandas
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, Transformers
• Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines using Kafka and big data technologies
• Experience in Time Series modeling
• Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP (deployment, scalability, performance optimization)
• Familiarity with Aurora DB and ELK stack
• Ability to build reusable ML components for scalable systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to GANs and other Generative AI frameworks
• Experience with synthetic data generation techniques
• Understanding of ML model compliance and performance benchmarking
• Background in mentoring junior developers or technical leadership
• Familiarity with model observability and monitoring tools

• AI/ML Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
• Programming Proficiency: Python (4+ years), Keras (4+ years), Pandas (4+ years), FastAPI
• Advanced ML Models: LangChain ,GPT-3, GANs, Transformers (BERT, T5), Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Analytical Models: Time Series Forecasting, Predictive Modelling
