Cisco, Switching and routing Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco-based networks Expertise in Cisco Catalyst switches (9300, 9500 series) and Wireless LAN Controllers (5500, 9800 series) In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols, including STP, VLANs, VRFs, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP Advanced experience with wireless technologies, including RF optimization, AP provisioning, and WLAN security Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, and related tools Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-vendor network environments Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE (Routing Switching/Wireless) or equivalent Experience with multi-site networks and SD-WAN implementations Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management
