**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for having a strong understanding of syndicated/bi-lateral financing and the loan life cycle, including deal origination, transaction management, secondary trading, amendment/restructures, and corresponding regulatory reporting. Your knowledge on Basel Norms, credit risk, and financial products like Loans, Guarantee, and Stand by Letter of Credit will be crucial. You must possess thorough knowledge of syndicated loan documentation and a full suite of Loan Servicing.
