Main Role:
We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Consultant to join our marketing team on a contract basis for 6 - 8 months. The role involves executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation, supporting content initiatives, and acting as a coordination bridge between the India Sales/BD teams, EMEA, and Japan Marketing counterparts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, and understands the pulse of digital marketing in a global tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation Lead Nurturing
- Run and manage Salesforce Pardot for campaign execution.
- Build and deploy targeted email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Segment audiences based on campaign goals and lead nurturing digitally.
- Track, analyze, and report email and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content ideas (India Sales, BD, EMEA, Japan).
- Be creative with content creation.
- Upload and manage some web pages, landing pages, and press releases using basic HTML.
- Identify website bugs and resolution.
- Work within brand guidelines to ensure all content is visually and contextually aligned.
- Plan and post content on LinkedIn in coordination with global teams.
- Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid promotions.
- Create graphics using Canva and coordinate visual content requirements.
- Assist in creation of marketing videos and perform basic video editing.
- Work with internal teams to build product-related case studies.
- Support the creation and formatting of sales support material, brochures, leaflets, banners and flyers.
- Plan, arrange and manage webinars including the landing page setup and follow-up communications digitally.
Lead Handling Follow-Up
- Monitor lead engagement and sharing the report monthly within India BD and Japan marcom team.
- Handle special requests like dispatching hard copies of posters to interested leads.
- Use Google Analytics and Excel to analyse website, campaign, and lead performance.
- Use of keyword planner tools.
- Present data-driven insights to improve campaign outcomes and interact with Sales/BD team on what to promote next as per current market.
Key Requirements
- Any graduate with a strong understanding of digital marketing. Preference for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about working in a B2B digital marketing environment.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficiency with Salesforce Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Strong skills in Excel and marketing data interpretation
- Good eye for design; experience with Canva or similar tools
- Video editing experience is a strong plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
