Lead, Global Funds flow and Charging

In this role, you will be responsible for leading all Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) activities within a specific area, providing valuable insights and decision support to the business leadership. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the execution of regional/global strategies and ensuring the correct implementation of BPA processes and policies - Delivering core management reporting and financial planning processes - Leading the development of detailed budgets and financial forecasts for planning purposes - Designing and maintaining early warning systems for financial tracking - Proactively driving performance and conducting value-added analyses on financial data - Supporting the leadership team with financial analysis, cost analysis, and driving corrective actions - Conducting value-added analyses such as Resource Allocation, Profitability analyses, and Benchmarking - Managing and developing a team of experienced BPA professionals Qualifications required for this role include: - University level degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics - Chartered Accountant certification - 10-13 years of financial experience in areas such as Controlling and Business Planning & Analysis - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization - Previous experience in Budgeting, controlling, and reporting Desirable skills for this role include: - Strong Communication, Facilitation, and interpersonal skills - Strong Customer Service experience - Ability to work effectively with international colleagues - Excellent people skills - Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills If you are looking to join a community of smart, passionate individuals dedicated to making a difference in patients" lives, Novartis offers you the opportunity to collaborate, support, and inspire each other to achieve breakthroughs.
