Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience specializing in lead generation for ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both spoken and written English, possess a strong familiarity with contemporary lead generation tools, and exhibit confidence in cold calling potential leads to assess their suitability before forwarding them to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads for ERP software utilizing a variety of channels and tools. Engage in cold calling activities to gauge interest and compatibility with potential clients. Evaluate leads according to established criteria and transfer qualified leads to the sales team. Maintain and update lead databases as well as CRM systems. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to synchronize lead generation efforts with business objectives. Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation and conversion metrics. Possess the ability to create and oversee basic content (such as posts and messages) on social media platforms to bolster lead generation efforts (an additional asset). Requirements: 3 to 5 years of verified experience in lead generation for ERP or similar software solutions. Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM systems. Demonstrate strong cold calling abilities and confidence in initiating conversations with potential clients. Comprehension of B2B sales processes and client qualification standards. Capable of working independently and collaboratively with the sales team. Experience in content creation for social media is preferred but not obligatory.
