Lead Generation Specialist

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – (Voice Process)
Location: Near Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station, Delhi
Work Type: Work from Office Only
Shift Timing: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:

We are actively hiring Lead Generation Executives (Voice Process) for our campaigns in Australian Solar, Heat Pump, and Real Estate sectors. If you have strong communication skills and are target-driven, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential Australian customers to generate leads.
• Promote solar products, heat pumps, and real estate services.
• Qualify leads based on campaign-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide excellent customer experience and build rapport over the phone.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in voice-based BPO or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (Australian process experience is a plus).
• Ability to work in early morning shifts aligned with Australian time zones.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
