Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other lead generation tools.
Generate qualified leads and set up meetings/demos for the sales team.
Research and gather business intelligence on prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM.
Engage with international and domestic clients via email, LinkedIn, or cold calls.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Key Requirements:

6 month-1.5 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other lead tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of IT / Digital Marketing services is a plus.
