Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to target potential clients, and managing effective communication to convert leads into sales. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing lead generation strategies, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the sales team to ensure continuous growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience in generating New Leads and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage potential clients
• Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve targets
• Research skills to identify market opportunities and target clients
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or software development sector is a plus
