Job Description

l Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries across the US and UAE.

l Generate qualified B2B leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and content-driven inbound strategies.

l Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

l Engage with leads to understand their business needs and qualify them for the sales team.

l Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.

l Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on KPIs such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI.

l Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys offerings and industry trends in the US and UAE markets.

l Optimize outreach processes through A/B testing, automation tools, and personalization techniques.

l Attend virtual industry events and webinars to identify new networking and lead generation opportunities.
