About the Role:
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through Email Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in lead generation, strong research skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns and LinkedIn marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
• Maintain and update a leads database with accurate information.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase lead conversions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
• Track and report on lead generation performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or related roles.
• Proven skills in Email Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Strong market research abilities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
