Harness state-of-the-art technologies and tools for excellence. QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST: 1+ year experience in outbound lead generation & prospecting. A solid grasp of email and LinkedIn tools. Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, algorithms, and best practices. Proven experience in list building using various tools. Exceptional technological aptitude. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and networking capabilities. Very analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data for strategy optimization. Self-driven and creative thinker Very comfortable with Data export, manipulation and migration Ability to filter and build extremely high-quality lists of prospects with tools and manual review RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST: Manage outreach campaigns for 7-10 clients per month Manage 14-20 email campaigns and 14-20 LinkedIn campaigns Build target lists of companies & contacts based on the ICP (Ideal Client Profile) LinkedIn profile optimization for client profiles Reply to responses effectively and convert prospects into leads Develop new ideas and strategies for replies and list building to boost leads Bonuses are in place for innovation, and commissions tied to leads generated WORKING HOURS: Full Time/ 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) NEXT STEPS: If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you're a strong fit, we invite you to apply.
