Location: Delhi (On-site)

About Maatya: Maatya is a fast-growing outsourcing agency providing expert Virtual Assistant services to businesses across the USA, UK, Ireland, and Canada. We help business owners scale by handling their administrative and operational tasks with precision and professionalism.

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven professional who can generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients for our Virtual Assistant services, using LinkedIn and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate B2B leads through targeted LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator a must) ✔ Engage decision-makers through personalized messaging and follow-ups

✔ Convert qualified leads into discovery calls and paying clients

✔ Manage and track leads via CRM (Zoho/HubSpot preferred)

✔ Run email outreach campaigns alongside LinkedIn efforts

✔ Optionally, contribute to lead generation via Instagram or other digital platforms

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales conversion

✅ Strong LinkedIn outreach skills (Sales Navigator, messaging sequences)

✅ Experience generating leads from the USA, UK, Ireland, or Canada markets (optional)

✅ Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

✅ Self-motivated with a focus on measurable results
