Lead Generation Intern

Position: Telecounsellor Intern Location: Nirman Vihar Duration: 3 months / 6 months Role Overview: As a Telecounsellor Intern, you will assist in connecting with students/prospective candidates over calls, providing information about our courses/programs, and guiding them through the admission or enrollment process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong communication and counseling skills in the education and training industry. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding educational programs. Provide accurate information about courses, career paths, and opportunities. Handle inquiries and resolve doubts in a professional manner. Maintain proper records of conversations and follow-ups. Support the admissions/placement team in achieving targets. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in speaking over phone calls. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for record-keeping.
