Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area for a Lead Generation Executive, Sr. Lead Generation Executive. The role involves identifying new leads, conducting market research, managing lead generation activities, and communicating with potential clients. Daily tasks include developing strategies for lead generation, maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in identifying New Leads and conducting Market Research
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques and tools
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role within the BPO industry is an advantage
