Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: ∙ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess customer needs and generate leads.   Qualify leads through cold calling and visit data to identify potential opportunities.   Present product features, address customer inquiries, and overcome objections.   Maintain accurate customer data and resolve complaints while building long-term relationships.   Meet sales quotas, schedule meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.   Regularly share product updates with clients.   Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.   Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly demo reports.   Track and record lead generation activities, deal progress, and call data.   Provide constructive feedback on negative demos to improve future performance.   Validate and track deals closed, ensuring data accuracy and lead status.  ∙Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients and arrange demos.   Coordinate with the sales team to track lead progress and encourage conversion.  Maintain relationships with existing customers to promote additional products after software expiry.  Assign leads from event data, internal departments, and previous months’ data to the sales team.  Follow up with team members to monitor closure status of assigned leads.
