Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality

  organic leads

  through social media, community engagement, forums, content marketing outreach, and referrals.
• Execute and manage lead generation strategies for

  full stack development

  ,

  data analytics

  , and

  DSA programs

  .
• Identify new target audiences and actively engage them through messaging, calls, and other outreach methods.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage learners.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize the lead generation process.
• Maintain and update the lead database and CRM systems regularly.
• Provide consistent follow-up to nurture leads until they are handed over to the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience in

  organic lead generation

  (edtech or training industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  student and working professional

  personas looking to upskill.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Familiarity with using LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Quora, Facebook groups, and other platforms for community engagement.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience in the

  edtech space or career training industry

• Experience with basic CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

• Prior exposure to working with marketing/sales funnels
