Lead Generation /

Location:

1.Revenue Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Engage with CISOs, IT security managers, compliance officers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand customer pain points, security challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Position our cybersecurity services (Vulnerability Management, Compliance Audit-ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DPDP, SOC I, SOC II, Third-Party Risk Management etc) as the best fit.

3. Prospecting & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target mid-market clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to convert leads into sales opportunities.

4. Solution Selling & Consultative Approach:

  • Conduct discovery calls, Service demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction.

5.Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, compliance frameworks (GDPR, DPDP Act, ISO 27001, NIST), and industry threats.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

6. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Knowledge required:

  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, IAM, SIEM, SOC, endpoint protection, cloud security, zero trust, threat intelligence and cybersecurity services such as Vulnerability Management, Compliance Audit-ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DPDP, SOC I, SOC II, Third-Party Risk Management etc)
  • CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
