Lead Fullstack Developer (Nodejs, Reactjs)

As a Lead Fullstack Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in building next-generation healthcare technology systems. Your expertise in Node.js, React, and modern cloud technologies will be instrumental in creating scalable backend architectures and seamless front-end experiences that impact lives through healthcare innovation. **Role Overview:** You will architect and lead the design of secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems. Your responsibilities will include building and enhancing backend microservices using Node.js/NestJS and Python, as well as developing front-end applications with React and React Native. Collaborating with product and data teams, you will deliver full-stack features and integrations. Additionally, you will mentor engineers, set technical standards for clean code, explore AI/ML use cases, and drive innovation in data-driven features. Monitoring, optimizing, and improving application reliability, performance, and scalability will also be part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and lead the design of secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems - Build and enhance backend microservices (Node.js/NestJS, Python) and front-end applications (React, React Native) - Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver full-stack features and integrations - Mentor engineers and set technical standards for clean, high-performance code - Drive innovation by exploring AI/ML use cases and data-driven features - Monitor, optimize, and improve application reliability, performance, and scalability **Qualifications Required:** - 10-15 years of engineering experience with 3+ years in a lead or architect role - Strong proficiency in Node.js (NestJS) and working knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, Python, and TypeScript - Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, data pipelines, and healthcare data standards (EHR, FHIR, ADT, claims) - Awareness of HIPAA, security best practices, and compliance in healthcare systems - Experience leading teams in fast-paced or startup environments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with customers and partners If you have experience integrating healthcare systems such as Elation, Athena, eCW, HIE, or claims pipelines, familiarity with Twilio, Mailgun, wearable APIs, or BI tools like Power BI and BigQuery, or exposure to Value-Based Care (VBC) programs or US healthcare startups, it would be considered a bonus.
