Job Description

You are urgently required to fill the Lead EUS - IT MacBook Lead L3 role for one of our MNC based companies in Mumbai. As a Desktop support \VIP support engineer, you will be responsible for VIP (CXO) End User Support and troubleshooting. Your tasks will include managing Physical End Points in Windows, MAC & Tablet environment, ensuring the execution and compliance to ITIL V4 service processes, and delivering high levels of user experience and CSAT with operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the business. Your role will also require excellent knowledge of VC systems or provided VC support, experience in the Banking sector providing support to VIP users, working on MIS preparation, being well-versed with MS Office, and managing Vendors effectively.
