Job Description

We are looking for skilled Lead Engineers to join our team at Rcad Solutions, playing a crucial role in driving engineering and construction projects forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the design and development of engineering and construction projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Proven experience in engineering and construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
