As a Full-Stack Development Team Leader at Qualifacts, your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a diverse team of full-stack developers in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will oversee daily team activities, including sprint planning, release milestones, and performance management. It will be crucial for you to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team. - Collaborating with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements. You will work closely with US-based teams to align development efforts with the overall company strategy and vision. - Driving the software development process from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. You must ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines while developing robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. - Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. You will be responsible for tracking and improving team productivity, KPIs, and goal achievements. - Leading discussions and design implementations of HL7 interfaces and integration standards (HL7 v2, HL7 CDA, and FHIR). You will also develop RESTful APIs and support cloud-hosted SaaS solutions while troubleshooting and resolving complex software and integration issues. Qualifications required for this role: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: You should have 10+ years of experience in software development, including expertise in Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core). Proven experience leading large development teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment. Extensive expertise in web applications, end-user applications, and backend services. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of experience in interoperability standards (HL7, IHE) and integration broker platforms.
