🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, GCP)

📍 Location: Bangalore, India (WFH/Hybrid options available)

We're on the lookout for a proactive and technically strong Lead Engineer to join our team! If you’re passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring developers, and working with modern cloud-native stacks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Design, build, and deploy backend services using Java + Spring Boot

Develop responsive front-end components using JavaScript frameworks

Manage cloud-native deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Lead code reviews, provide mentorship, and drive technical excellence

Own project delivery with a strong focus on quality and timelines

✅ What We’re Looking For:

5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript

Solid experience deploying and managing systems on GCP

Strong grasp of system design, code quality, and performance

A mentor mindset with leadership in technical discussions

⭐ Nice to Have:

Experience in Microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum
