The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, designing and developing software, integrating systems, and ensuring technical integrity and functionality. The Lead Engineer will also be responsible for managing a team of engineers and collaborating cross-functionally. This is a role located in Ahmedabad. Qualifications Strong knowledge of software development and design principles Experience in building scalable architecture Experience with system integration and technical project management Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or similar Understands AI, and intrested in AI research Fine-tune current models Leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
