About the Role:

Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor

  a team of engineers through all phases of project developmentfrom planning to deployment.

• Design, architect, and implement

  scalable and efficient technical solutions aligned with business needs.

• Provide technical direction and guidance

  to ensure adherence to engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  including Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Review code, designs, and architectures

  to maintain quality and performance standards.

• Oversee project timelines, risks, and resource allocation

  , ensuring successful delivery within deadlines.

• Identify opportunities for process and performance improvements

  through automation, optimization, and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments.

• Exposure to

  AI/ML, data engineering, or IoT solutions

  (depending on business domain).
• Certifications such as

  AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Expert, or PMP.

• Prior experience in

  scaling high-traffic or enterprise-grade systems.
