Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration components for IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration.

Implement robust, scalable solutions using Java, Spring Framework , and related technologies.

Collaborate with product architects to integrate AI-powered features into the platform, including agentic AI and generative AI workflows.

Work on API management , event-driven architectures, and hybrid integration patterns.

Optimize performance and reliability for SaaS deployments across multi-cloud environments.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data sovereignty requirements.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of professional experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Spring Framework , Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

2+ years of hands-on experience in AI projects , such as:

Integrating AI services (e.g., LLMs, agentic AI, generative AI).

Building AI-driven automation or predictive analytics features.

Experience with API lifecycle management , RESTful services, and event-driven systems.

Familiarity with cloud-native development and hybrid integration patterns.

Solid understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in SaaS environments.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred technical and professional experience Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in building SaaS products from scratch , including architecture and scalability considerations.

Proven track record of AI innovations in enterprise-grade software.

Exposure to IBM webMethods or similar integration platforms.

Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices .
