Roles and Responsibilities:

• Defining and Modifying of Business process flows by using ICD YAWL and Model Mappings
• Defining and configuring Rules in Majesco System through Rule Engine
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Prepare the Unit Test cases and execute the same for your developed feature / functionality.
• Support the Quality Assurance team in testing
• Work with our DevOps team to ensure continuous deployments of our applications
• Database Scripting and verification of the Data flow during defect analysis.
• Defect tracking and status updates to the issues assigned to you.
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Give training and demo sessions to Business users
• Interaction with customer stakeholders for new requirements and providing business as well as Solution insight to help customer operations
• Empowered and accountable for design, development and rollout of new features as per customer requirements.
• Take full accountability for understanding changes required by customer and provide valuable suggestions from Product point of view.

Technical Skills

• Having experienced in Java/J2EE, JSP Servlet, Web Service, REST, SOAPUI,
• Experienced in XML, HTML,
• Experienced in developing SQL, PL/SQL stored Procedures, Packages and functions.
• Preferably experienced in Spring, Hibernate, Micro Services,
• Participated in code reviews, unit test plan reviews, and other quality reviews. Identified and escalated issues that impacted testing progress.
• Should have ability to break down the complex requirements and plan deliveries

Functional Skills

• Functionality development / design implementation experience - Insurance functional domain experience is a big advantage
• Understanding the requirements and preparing technical function specification documents.
• Communicating with the client for gathering the requirements.

• This is must. As most of our work is analysis based with data analysis and logical understanding of functional code
• Willingness to learn new tools / frameworks - Dev studio in our context
