Job Description

Lead Software Integrator - 8-10 Years

Working from Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
development, and integration
of middleware components and services using
C# (.NET)
and
JavaScript
, enabling seamless interoperability between internal healthcare systems and external devices, services, and third-party platforms.
Build and govern
RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL services
, and
event-driven / message-based integrations
using
Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
.
Own and drive
product sustenance and install base stability
, including:
- Handling
  field-reported issues, customer escalations, and production defects
- Performing deep
  root cause analysis
  and corrective action planning
- Driving
  branching strategies, hotfix development, validation, and controlled releases
- Ensuring minimal customer impact and adherence to regulatory expectations
Mandatorily leverage
AI-assisted engineering tools
(eg, GitHub Copilot or other regulated AI tools) across the
software development lifecycle
, including design analysis, implementation, debugging, refactoring, test support, and documentation.
Monitor, debug, and optimize middleware pipelines to ensure
performance, reliability, security, and fault tolerance
across development, validation, and production environments.
Act as a
technical leader and integrator
, collaborating with architects, DevOps, QA/V&V, support, and product teams to align solutions with business, quality, and compliance goals.
Create and maintain
rich, precise, and audit-ready documentation
, including:
- Integration and interface control documents (ICDs)
- System architecture and data flow diagrams
- Design decisions, assumptions, and technical rationale
- Release notes, operational runbooks, and support handover artifacts
Set and enforce
integration standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
, ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.

Mandatory Qualifications

8 10 years of hands-on experience in
software integration, middleware development, and system interoperability
.
Mandatory experience in product sustenance or product installs base ownership
, including field issue handling and hotfix delivery.
Strong expertise in
C# (.NET)
and
JavaScript
.
Proven experience with
API design and asynchronous messaging systems
.
Mandatory hands-on usage of AI-assisted development tools
(eg, GitHub Copilot or enterprise-approved AI tools).

Demonstrated excellence in

high-quality, detailed technical documentation

suitable for

regulated healthcare environments
