Lead Engineer

Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support, for applications built with .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and performant solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and QA, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the development process.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, including database performance tuning.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
