Job Description

EbizON is looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team in Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

Define architecture, drive high-stakes design (build vs. buy, data models), and ensure technical alignment with business goals.
Write clean, scalable code, review pull requests, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain application quality.
Lead, coach, and grow engineers through design reviews, career guidance, and fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety.
Oversee the full software lifecycle, collaborating with product/stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
Evaluate new tech (like Generative AI) and influence roadmaps by presenting technical trade-offs to leadership.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of proven full-stack development, team leadership/mentoring, and architecting complex systems.
Strong in front-end (JS/TS, Frameworks like Angular/React), back-end (Java/Python/Node.js), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud (AWS/Azure).
Expertise in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, OOP principles, and design patterns.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
