Role Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and talented Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in drone design, development, and integration, along with proven leadership skills to guide a small engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of multirotor drones, agricultural drones, and FPV drones.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from concept, prototyping, and assembly to field deployment.
• Work on hardware selection (motors, ESCs, frames, flight controllers, payload systems, batteries, sensors, etc.).
• Develop and fine-tune flight control systems, ensuring stability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with software, electronics, and mechanical teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting for drones in varied environments.
• Stay updated with the latest drone technologies, regulations, and innovations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven experience in drone design, development, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of multirotor configurations, agricultural spraying drones, and FPV drone systems.
• Expertise in aerodynamics, propulsion systems, power distribution, and payload integration.
• Proficiency with CAD tools, simulation software, and electronics integration.
• Hands-on experience with flight controllers, autopilots (Pixhawk, Ardupilot, PX4, etc.).
• Solid understanding of drone regulations and DGCA norms (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage projects and teams effectively.
