About The Role :: Job Title:Corporate Bank Technology Payment Orchestration Lead Engineer Corporate title:VP Location:Pune, India Role Description You will be playing the technical developer & functional delivery role with focus on code quality based on technical solution, technical design for the core banking solution of Corporate Bank. In this role, you will be accountable to drive a culture of proactive continual improvement in capability of developing the identified right solution, feasibility study for technology migration & new requirements to the projects. Can be integrated successfully into end-to-end business process flow Reviewing engineering plans and quality to drive maintainability and re-use and improve engineering capability Ensures software code developed that matches the software design and business requirements with appropriate quality and performance standards Ensures best practices and lessons learned are being followed in the software development process Manage scope of deliveries, expectations and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders Work with multiple, distributed teams, leveraging resources across teams Have to work in general shifts from DB Pune Premises Lead by example to drive a culture of proactive continual improvement Ability to self-manage a book of work and ensure clear transparency on progress with clear, timely, communication of issues Your skills and experience Areas of Specialty Software Development: Lead Engineer dedicated to develop & deliver the software to meet the technical solution / design and support the testing & deployment in the agreed timelines Skillset: COBOL, SCOBOL, TAL, Enform, TACL, Enscribe and non-stop SQL on HPNS Experience: 16 - 25 years experience in software development project using COBOL, in the role of development, design, maintenance and software improvement Excellent development expertise using COBOL & TACL. Knowledge on TAL & C is an advantage. Exposure to Enscribe and non-stop SQL Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment, Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures How we'll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career.
