Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of sheet metal and plastic components using CREO & CATIA V5.
• Ensure designs meet PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements.
• Work on DFMEA, PFMEA, and SFMEA to improve design robustness.
• Prepare and manage customer documentation related to design approvals.
• Ensure compliance with IATF standards and other quality norms.
• Perform design validation, calculations, and value engineering to optimize product performance.
• Support hardware & software integration for mechatronics-based products.
• Drive improvements in the design process and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Product Design with expertise in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• Customer Success Operations and documentation management
• Sheet Metal Design with proficiency in CREO and CATIA
• Strong knowledge of Quality tools - PFMEA, DFMEA, SFMEA
• Expertise in CATIA V5 for design engineering
• IATF standards, validation processes, and value engineering
• Mechatronics background preferred
• Strong plastic background for product design
• Hardware & Software knowledge relevant to design engineerin
