We are seeking an experienced BAS Engineering Design Lead to manage and lead engineering design, programming, and graphics for Building Automation Systems (BAS) as per country-specific standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BMS architecture, HVAC systems, and network protocols, with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Develop and manage team members to support regional engineering activities
- Ensure high-quality deliveries within timelines
- Review MEP drawings, control specifications, and sequence of operations
- Program DDC/supervisory controllers and design HVAC graphics
- 5-8 years of experience in BAS/BMS design engineering and people management
- Strong knowledge of BMS architecture, HVAC systems, and network protocols (BACNet, LON, Modbus, etc.)
