Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities1. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design, support, and setup networks. Tests andevaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.

2. Take ownership for the Wolken tickets (requests, incidents - monitoring and users, changes)and work with the best resolution by properly and on-time ticket updates and detailed close notesfor making improved network service/infra. Work on the repetitive alerts and resolve them underthe defined SLAs.

3. Along with Wolken tickets, attend and resolve user s request and incidents posted over the diffcommunication channels like emails, Slack, and Teams. Document them in the ServiceNow.

4. NetOps support for the Campus and Datacenters Network Infra, SDWAN and SASE VPNSolutions, Network Firewalls Management, Hybrid Cloud (AWS and Azure).

5. Hands-on experienced in planning, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting thenetwork infrastructure (Campus, Datacenter, and Cloud Network)

6. Extensive knowledge of deploying and troubleshooting L2/L3 Multilayer Switching protocolsVLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, MLAG7. Experienced with various dynamic routing protocols, specifically BGP and experienced with IPsecVPN, Route management using PBRs.

8. Creating a support request and work/coordinate with the vendors (ISPs and Product Vendors) inservice request, issue resolution and security improvements.

9. Handling Cloud Networking support (AWS and Azure) like VPC Peering requests, TransitGateway attachments, Route Propagation.

10. Network security vulnerability remediation across all network infra through config managementor firmware upgrades.

11. Managing the firewall policies across all the firewalls as per the user and security requirements.

12. Handling the wireless network request, issue, and troubleshooting

13. Managing the F5 LTMs and SSL certificate management

14. Taking ownership for the NetOps related projects and track it under Jira.

15. Understanding, support, and drive the network automations and systems integration(APIs,Python, Scripting)

Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise network with a focus on networkoperations and change management. Certifications:o CCNA, Juniper, and Arista switcheso Palo Alto firewalls and policy managemento F5 LTM load balancerso Palo Alto SD-WAN and Global Protect VPN
