Lead Engineer AI/ML Vice President-Pune

As a Lead Engineer specializing in AI/ML at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the current platform with AI/ML capabilities for Big data. Your key responsibilities will include: - Solutioning for the identified use cases to effectively implement AI/ML capabilities - Collaboration with the larger AI/ML stream across the data organization to ensure seamless integration - Utilizing your in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications - Contributing to the formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas - Developing comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals - Providing evaluative judgment based on the analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with preferred experience in the financial industry - Hands-on experience in Python and using ML Libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pytorch for BigData applications - Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI APIs (Open AI GPT, Bard, etc.,) - Experience in applying Machine Learning or NLP models in real-time applications for large datasets - Proficiency in MLOPs and Model Deployment Pipelines - Experience in using PySpark and understanding big data concepts - Knowledge in Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, Stellar (Good to have) - Stakeholder management experience - Demonstrated leadership skills - Proven project management skills - Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards - Consistently demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication If you are a person with a disability and require reasonable accommodation to use search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.
