Lead Engineer AI/ML

Role Overview: As a Lead Engineer in AI/ML, you will be responsible for enhancing the current platform with AI/ML capabilities for Big Data. Your role will involve solutioning for the identified use cases, collaborating with the larger AI/ML stream across the data organization, and providing technical oversight across systems and applications. You will contribute to the formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas, ensuring the integration of business areas to accomplish business goals. Additionally, you will be expected to provide evaluative judgment based on the analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance the current platform with AI/ML capabilities for Big Data - Solutioning for the identified use cases - Collaborate with the larger AI/ML stream across the data organization - Provide technical oversight across systems and applications - Contribute to the formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas - Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual data in complicated and unique situations Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, preferred experience in the financial industry - Hands-on experience in Python and using ML Libraries (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pytorch) for Big Data - Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI APIs (Open AI GPT, Bard, etc.) - Experience in applying Machine Learning or NLP models in real-time applications for large datasets - Experience with MLOPs and Model Deployment Pipelines - Experience in using PySpark and big data concepts - Good to have: Knowledge in Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, Stellar - Stakeholder management experience - Demonstrated leadership skills - Proven project management skills - Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience required, Masters degree preferred (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description),
