Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate and transform encounter data for submission.
Support the generation and submission of 837 institutional and professional encounter files.
Review, analyze and correct encounter rejections using 999, 277CA, and TA1 reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (claims, configuration, IT, compliance) to resolve data discrepancies.
Monitor encounter submission status and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
Ensure data compliance with CMS, Medicaid guidelines and state-specific submission requirements. Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes and business rules used in encounter workflows.
