Lead - Electrical Generator

As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians in the operation and maintenance of electrical generators. Your role will involve planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs on generator systems. It will be crucial to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. In this position, you will maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs while also coordinating with vendors and contractors for procurement and specialized services. Providing technical training and guidance to junior staff members will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support emergency power restoration and participate in on-call rotations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field along with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in generator maintenance and operations. Proven experience in leading technical teams is essential. You must possess strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and safety protocols.
